We have been thinking about switching to DirecTV from Dish for a while since our contract is now up. Well I checked with AT&T and found out we can do a "bundle" and save over $50 a month by doing so. That certainly helped us make our decision.
The price is good but make sure the service is too, do some research. Tons of these bundle places (esp. TV) have random signal interruption and you could miss something because of it.
One problem with bundles is that if one of the services doesn't work out, it can cost you a lot to get out of it. You can get a great deal, but you can also miss out on other deals because you're locked in with your phone, internet, and cable.
Well we already have our phone and DSL with AT&T so it just makes since to go with DirecTV and save some money with the bundle. After checking around I'm finding that there isn't a whole lot of difference between the two. So hopefully it will work out.
