I found the cutest craft store the other day while visiting a friend. It was going out of business and had some really good sales going on. I managed to pick up quite a few items and only spent about $20! I love finding deals like this.

You can get some fantastic deals at going out of business sales. If you can catch them the last few days, some of them are practically giving things away. There isn't always much from which to choose, but you never know until you check it out. I've gotten merchandise for literally pennies on the dollar.

I love those kind of sales. You do need to catch them at the right time though and hope they still have something that you want or can use. But like SarahSays mentioned, you never know until you check it all out!

These are my favorite kinds of sales, but I try to watch my spending. It's so easy to get carried away just because an item has a super low price. I've gotten a few things at clearance sales that I never used or wore. But I've gotten some terrific bargains, too.

While I hate to see any good store go out of business I am more than willing to help shop and at least get them a little out of the red. The deals are great and a few places I stopped at last said they plan to reopen too, so its only a temp closing.

It's a bit sad to hear about a store going out of business, but it's still fun to take advantage of the sale. Just watch your spending and don't let the deals mess up your budget.
