Default The best investment

I have often heard that health is the best investment in the future. I feel a bit guilty that I don't really care about my health. Anyway, how much time, money and work have you invested on health?

Right now I have a good bit of time invested in two projects but its only time not money. For my health alone I workout at the least a week about 3 hours, at the most 5 if I can really swing it. I am just overtired this week due to the extra projects.

I try to workout regularly (around 3-4 times a week), though I can't always make it. However, I feel I am getting older now and I am considering gentler exercises like yoga or Taichi.

I don't have a regular workout routine, but I'm always running back and forth. It's not exactly aerobics, but I use the stairs a lot. Another thing I do for my health is try and control stress. I feel that is as important as any vitamin I could take or exercise program I could join.

I cannot exercise as regularly as I want I do. But I try to watch my food. Having a healthy eating habit is an important part of maintaining your health.
