Default flatten a debt

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and they keep saying they can not send me any information in the mail, that I just need to pay out. I know this is wrong but I am not sure what I should be yelling back at them. What is the law that deals with debts that I can toss at them to get on the ball??

I don't know what laws you need, but they have to be out of their minds if they think you are just going to pay without some kind of verification! You might try looking at a consumer protection website.

Try looking on the Clark Howard website. He is usually very good about providing information about things like that. If they aren't willing to mail me some information they wouldn't be getting any money from me either. That just reeks of a scam of some kind.
