I thought most transactions from Paypal cleared if they were sent over to your back before 3pm during a business day. Right now I am still wanting for something to charge through, on paypals side its clear, on the banks its available credit but still pending.
Your bank could take up to 48 hours to credit anything. Same thing with credit cards payments and credits. You can call the bank to see if there are any pending charges or credits on the account.
I always have waits when it comes to Paypal. When I send money to my bank it takes 3 days. If I use my Paypal card, it sometimes charges right away and other times it is pending for up to 4 or 5 days.
