I have often heard of online forex (and stock) trading though I have never tried it myself. But I just saw an advertisement about online gold trading. What is it all about?
It is new to me as well. I think it is similar to forex and stock trading, but you will be making profit from the price fluctuations of gold instead of currencies or stocks.
I think gold is a considered a commodity and you would just buy it and make money as it goes up, I believe. I think you can trade silver and oil too, but I'm not positive. I think you might be safe in gold, because I doubt the price will drop so much or you'd ever lose all your money since it is a valuable item.
That sounds interesting. You don't actually *see* or *hold* the gold, though, right? You're just buying and selling... the idea of gold, really. Aren't you?
That is what I am not sure about, but I guess so. That is why you don't have to invest a lot of money to start trading gold. I think it is an advantage of online gold trading.

I think so. When you buy a certain amount of gold, you will not actually hold the gold. What I am not sure if whether the gold traded would really exist or not.
My spouse has a few stocks but he never does anything other than research online. I am not too sure about the security for it either, which worries me a little.
