Does anyone have any experience trading the Forex currency markets? I like the idea of it, because you can trade 24 hours a day so even if you work in the day, you can come home after work and try to make money. I'd like to find a source for a brand new person to learn how it works in a simple layout.

I have heard about forex market being the most liquid market in the world, but I have never traded forex myself. To make profit from forex trading, you need to be really knowledgeable in this business.

I think forex trading is a good way of earning money fast and losing it fast as well. At least, it's what happened to some friends of mine. You should trade only money you can afford to lose.

I have researched Forex quite a lot. I really feel like I am gaining understanding. As soon as I feel that I have learned enough I plan to set aside some money to give it a try.

Well I think any business that would be worth while financially poses some kind of risk. I found a website where you can download a trading platform and do "paper trades", which is basically trading with play money. It should be some good practice.

Yes, I think most online forex brokers allow you to trade with play money to test the water, before you get involved in real trading. Some brokers like Marketiva even give you real money (around $5) to start trading with.
