Default Prices on the rise in 2012

This morning on the radio they were listing certain things that were going to increase in price this year (2012). A lot of the things they listed, I buy or use. Cell phone plans, bottled water, cable, and gasoline – those were a few. Man I tell you, no raises and increasing prices is about to kill me.

That is new to me (I don't listen to the radio), but I wonder why I didn't feel surprised. They are known to always take advantage of events and milestones to increase prices.

I wasn't exactly surprised to hear this either. Now if you had said there was going to be a big "decrease" in prices on some things, that would have been a big surprise.

Not surprising and it stinks that it isn't! I wish prices would go down and I wish we were surprised when we hear prices will go up. It seems like prices are always on the rise!

I never buy bottled water, so I'm okay on that score. Any company that raises their cell phone rates better get ready to lose customers. There are so many options now, and many people aren't going to pay more if they have a choice.
