I use one of those cardboard envelopes, the ones that are about the size of a business-size envelope, for storing receipts. That makes it easy to carry it with me in my bag. When I buy something, I can put the receipt in the envelope right away.

Luckily, I put all my bills and payments into a phone app. I can quickly look at the calendar in this app and see what is due and how much I have in my accounts. If it weren't for this, I'm sure I'd miss a payment or two.
