frugalgirl Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 44	Have low interest rates hurt your budget? When you're paying a mortgage or a new car loan, it's nice to have low interest rates. However, if you have depended on interest income, the last few years have gone from bad to worse. Have the rock bottom interest rates been more of a blessing or a curse for you?
