What is your favorite thing to do when you are online? Is that social networking, shopping, watching movies, reading news and articles, or updating your website/blog if you have any?

Reading is my favorite online hobby. Actually, it's my favorite hobby whether I'm online or offline. However, I find myself doing most of my reading online these days. When it comes to free entertainment, you really can't beat the internet for reading.

I like to read and search for information on the internet. Now since it is possible to make money on the net, working online becomes my other hobby.

That's true about working online. Everyone seems to be getting into it these days. It's no wonder with the economy like it is. Every little bit helps, and you can start your own business no matter where you live.

I started learning and using the internet around 13 years ago. I used to exchange emails with online friends and friends in the real life, and chatting with people through mIRC. Those were my favorite hobbies online.

True, but I am not at that level yet. I make little income online but I am still working for some someone else. I would love to run my own online business though.

I spend about one third of my time online on youtube alone. there's just soo much to do there haha.
other than that, discussion boards are my next go-to place on the internet

My latest hobby online is watching documentaries. There's a great site that has hundreds ready to stream, entertaining and educational all at once.
