Default Getting back into bowling

We used to belong to a bowling league several years ago but stopped. We decided to get back into again. Mainly it was because some friends of ours bowl on a league now and there is a team that needs to replace a couple that had to quit. So hopefully we still remember how to do it!

That sounds like it would be fun. We use to bowl on a league at one time but it's been many years ago. We still go once in a while and enjoy it. It really was fun when we were on a league, maybe we will think about it again.

It's been years since I went bowling, but it's a lot of fun. I only bowled a few times, so I'd be a beginner. If I started playing again, I'd want to get my own ball. I think that makes a big difference. Getting used to different bowls and weights makes it trickier getting the hang of it.

We bowled for a long time in leagues and really enjoyed it. And you're right about having your own bowling bag, ball and shoes. It really does make a big difference.

Bowling is something that we still do when we can. We no longer belong to any leagues but try to go a few times a month if at all possible. It is a lot of fun and a good family sport.

Where is the best place to buy reasonably-priced bowling balls and shoes? I don't have a large sporting goods center nearby, so I might need to order something online. I saw on a question and answer board that Walmart discontinued its bowling equipment.

I have not been out bowling in the longest time, I still remember enjoying it but I am not sure if my spouse would or not. Guess I will find out when I bring the topic up, at least I know the kids will love it!
